The apartment fully lived up to our expectations as they were created by its presentation here. It is spacious, clean, quiet, well kept and equipped. The only mild difficulty that we had was that the allotted space in the covered parking is rather narrow, but there is plenty of space in the open parking area.
Communication with the landlords/hosts was always prompt and kind; relevant information was provided in great detail. The local caretakers are a very nice, dedicated and easy-to-talk-to couple (as seem to be all the people in that area).
We enjoyed our time very much and loved to return to our home base after our daytrips. We 100% recommend this apartment.
(Note: I gave 8/10 points for child friendliness thinking of younger children, because the stairs to the attic are rather steep and neighbours might be disturbed by noise. Apart from that, though, there is a great supply of toys, books, and videos for children. We stayed with an 11- and a 14-year old and didn't encounter any problems.)

My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment for the second time and it was fantastic again! We did many hikes in Schönwald and villages (Schonach, Triberg) nearby. We also did a lot of nice day trips to Freiburg, Feldberg and Titisee. Unfortunately it rained a lot but it was certainly not a punishment to stay in the apartment which is equipped with many games and fun movies. We would love to come again next year!

The owners are easy to reach (by email) and they also respond very quickly to answer all questions. The manager is also easy to reach and fills in all wishes, if there are any. All in all we had a great holiday. Highly recommended.

On arrival we were received very friendly, and immediately got an impression, great. Very clean and spacious, you feel right at home. All the comforts for cooking are there. And the view is fantastic. The beds are good and the apartment is very spacious, with a family of 5 its 2 bathrooms and so much space a delight. The swimming pool was also visited daily at the bottom of the building. Eddy and Hilde, we enjoyed your apartment to the fullest.

Truly a beautiful apartment that lacks nothing (including very good WiFi, indoor swimming pool, the same TV channels as at home, covered parking and everything else you need!) Beautiful location and there is plenty to do and experience in the area. We have been there in the summer but also a perfect place for winter sports enthusiasts. The contact with the owners is very good and so is the hospitable reception on site. You can make your booking with peace of mind!
