We had two wonderful holiday weeks in this house, which is located in the quiet and in our opinion most beautiful part of Zakynthos. However, it is located on a main road that is busy with traffic to the port of Agios Nikolaos....

We had two wonderful holiday weeks in this house, which is located in the quiet and in our opinion most beautiful part of Zakynthos. However, it is located on a main road that is busy with traffic to the port of Agios Nikolaos. The house is wonderfully spacious and fully equipped. We enjoyed the porch, the view of the sea but also of the beautiful hinterland from the pool. Highly recommended!

We have had 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely house! It is fully equipped and everything has been thought of so you never miss out because everything is there. As a result, it really feels like home. Everything was spotlessly clean and still nice and new. The veranda is also such a wonderful place to have breakfast and chill out. The pool is also a lovely large pool that we used a lot with the four of us, the view is also breathtakingly beautiful. We also used the BBQ and then you can also sit at the pool where there are also lovely sunbeds. The contact with the landlords Ronald and Dia is also great, you get an answer immediately if you ask something, so the communication was also Super. In short, Nieuwe Vleugels is highly recommended for a wonderful holiday.

Very nice house view is fantastic over the sea and on the other side against the mountains, beds are good and fine, I do want to note that disabled people cannot easily get around, especially if you are wheelchair bound then you do not get into the shower, high entry and also not at the pool, too many thresholds and a steep slope to it, The house is indeed without thresholds but to get in you have to go up a threshold of approx. 15 20 cm but all in all a beautiful house but suitable for the disabled??

A great house to relax in and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Eateries in the immediate vicinity, even within walking. Garden beautifully lit in the evening. Beautiful swimming pool with heavenly views and lovely sunbeds. From ...

A great house to relax in and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Eateries in the immediate vicinity, even within walking. Garden beautifully lit in the evening. Beautiful swimming pool with heavenly views and lovely sunbeds. From the master bedroom a great sea view from your bed. Within 45 minutes you can be in Zakynthos town with a rental car if you want to. The town of Agios can be walked from the house and still "pure" and not contaminated by mass tourism, lovely with authentic Greek terraces. Definitely a house to return to.
