What a great holiday we had!

We had booked shortly in advance because our current holiday could not take place. Good and clear contact and glad that the house was still available. Upon arrival we were surprised how big it was (there were two of us) and very very clean. Also very important in this day and age.

The house is fully equipped and therefore often eaten at the house. What a peace and beautiful to see the sunset behind the mountains in the evening. We had even booked an extra night and that was no problem at all. The house is very centrally located yet quiet. We made nice trips to the Achensee, the Krimmler Wasserfälle and the Olpererhütte and of course a lot of walking.

Dianne, thank you again for the hospitality and we definitely hope to come back!

Cozy holiday chalet in good location.
Mosquito nets on the windows ensure a cool and insect-free home. Great beds. There is a large box of Playmobil for the children. There is also a large field in front of the door, where deer were regularly spotted in the morning and evening.
Point of attention for playing children: although it is a dead end, the residents who live one street higher often take a 'run' by car on the steep stretch of road in front of the chalet, where the garden is not completely fenced.
The setting is beautiful. Walking and cycling can be done directly from home. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool (e.g. in Stumm) and swimming lake (Schlitters) a short distance away. From the Zillertaler hohenstrasse (a short and scenic car ride), or by using one of the gondola lifts, you can also make wonderful day trips at altitude with young children. In short, we had a very nice holiday!

Please fix creaking stairs. Everyone is awake in the night when suddenly visiting ground floor.
Can be remedied by filling cracks in the steps.

A lovely house and people who say they thought it was too expensive.
It's really rubbish because you get a lot in return.
Everything in the house was there, from washcaps to coffee, toilet, paper, etc, etc.

Only small downside is if you celebrate Christmas with 6 you can't get rid of your waste.
That's really impossible.

A beautiful, well furnished and very clean house in a nice location in the Zillertal. A good and pleasant communication with the landlord. The immediate vicinity offers many opportunities for an active holiday.
