We enjoyed Villa Primavera for a week with a group of friends. Pool, house, pizza oven and BBQ were all fantastic.

During the week we rented racing bikes from Cicli Montanini in Pantalone, viterbo (limited English language). Great cycling and good contact in advance. The bikes were delivered on time and picked up at the Villa. Make sure you indicate in advance which brand of bike, groupset and gears you want to ride, there are several options, but you have to ask for them.

There are many beautiful rounds to make in the area, from the foothills of the Apennines to the hills of Sabina with beautiful towns (borghi) on top. There is quite a lot of cycling, especially on weekends, so you as a cyclist are taken into account quite a bit. Points of attention are the bad road surface (even for Italian standards) and the short dirt road to the cottage (easy to do, but good to know). In short, with a road bike, your stay at Villa Primavera will be even more fun.

Eating out at Da Lina is definitely recommended.

The pool water was still cold, but we had a swim on that one beautiful day.

We were with our family, 3 adult children and supporters for a week in villa Primervera. We had a very good time. The garden and pool look very nice. The house also looks attractive and neat. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. Also nice that each couple had their own bathroom. The house is quiet but with 10 min walk you are in the village. We went to Rome for a day by train from Stimigliano. For 7 euros return and nice and relaxed. In Rome we did a cycling route along the highlights with a Dutch guide. A very nice experience. We also went to Tivoli to the gardens of Vila d'esta. At 30 minutes from the house is the medieval village of Casperia. Nice to walk through and the route to it is also beautiful. 10 minutes from the house is a large supermarket. The contact with the landlords was also good. They respond quickly to questions via whats app. We had a great time in this beautiful place.

Just got home from a great holiday in the beautiful Sabine hills of Italy. Villa casa Primavera is a paradise in every way. The house is large and excellently furnished. Despite the fact that it was very hot at times, it remained nice and cool inside. The beds are quite good, as well as the bedding and pillows. Towels are more than enough, even if you use the pool every day, which we did! Our group consisting of grandpa, grandma, 2 daughters + partners and 2 grandchildren all found it an excellent location. The contacts with the owner were smooth and fast and the service was excellent. In varying compositions we visited different towns in the area. Orvieto, Orte and Casperia are all beautifully situated high on top of a hill. In Casperia you imagine yourself in the Middle Ages until you suddenly come to a rock café! There are several fine restaurants in the area. Da Line in Stimigliano itself was very suitable to go with the whole group. La Vecchia Quercia in Selci was a trip down memory lane for us. Our daughter got married in 2011 on an estate in Selci. The restaurant La casino Nel Parco is definitely recommended if you want to eat something more chic. Beautiful location with a long driveway. A trip by train to Rome is also very easy to do from the station in Stimigliano. All in all, plenty to do, but we mainly stayed at the house to bake pizzas, bbq and swim. La dolce vita! We would love to come back again.

A week at Villa Primavera together with friends was actually too little. What a fantastic house with lovely pool. Don't forget to bake pizzas in the pizza oven, highly recommended! Top holiday!

Villa Primavera is a lovely holiday home. Due to its location, there is optimal privacy. Furthermore, it is easily accessible, it is 5 km from the highway but because it is on the other side of the hill you will not notice it. ...

Villa Primavera is a lovely holiday home. Due to its location, there is optimal privacy. Furthermore, it is easily accessible, it is 5 km from the highway but because it is on the other side of the hill you will not notice it. The area is not touristy which is actually nice and by train you are in Rome within an hour. Cycling is also an option, we had brought racing bikes and made beautiful trips with breathtaking views. The house is well built, despite the high temperatures outside (35 degrees and above) it stays nice and cool. Beautiful large swimming pool. Furthermore, it is very clean and well equipped. Nice welcome packer upon receipt. Another nice detail is the pizza oven. We ate delicious homemade pizzas. In short, villa Primavera is highly recommended.

We liked Villa Primavera very much. We (10 people/including 3 children), had great fun there during the week! The pool was of course the very best. This is cleaned daily by the administrators and someone else checks on everything else every day (early in the morning). We had problems with the dishwasher once and in no time someone came by and took care of it. The only thing that bothered us a bit in the house was that there were no closets at all. In the village, at the church, we bought croissants from time to time in the morning. They were delicious! We can highly recommend the restaurant Da Lina in Simigliano! Under olive trees, the pizza tasted particularly good there. In addition, the restaurant L'oasi del Colle in Collevecchio is a blast! Here you sit on a large terrace and have a brilliant view over the landscape. The food is very delicious! Our tip: if you plan to go to the nearby outlet center, then pack provisions for the day! The "only restaurant" on site is a cheek! The food is a disaster and the prices are outrageously high! But we made super great bargains in some shops!
(Soratte Outlet) However, we have to say that not all shops that are mentioned on the Internet are still there. E.g. Nike and Lind - these were closed and didn't look like they would reopen anytime soon. We can highly recommend a trip to Rome! The city is impressively beautiful. We parked in a parking garage on the outskirts of Rome and then took the metro to the city center. If you are also so shopping enthusiast we are, then we can recommend the following destination: Roma Est Centro Commerciale. You can spend a whole day there and it was really fantastic with us, because outside it was over 40 degrees and inside the entire center was air-conditioned. There is also a lot on offer for the children in the center. There were even toy horses in pony size that could be borrowed for the kids, with which the children then "rode around". So all in all a great holiday!

A beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views over a small valley. Large enough to stay with a family with many (even larger) children, but also for two families or a group of more "couples" the space and layout is very suitable. On arrival, all beds appear to be made, the children can choose which room they want to sleep in - a pleasant service. The swimming pool is ideal, nice sun loungers around it and plenty of umbrellas. The pizza oven is a big plus: the kids had a lot of fun with it and from it - and so did we! Recommended: start firing a few hours in advance, it takes a while before the oven is at the right (high) temperature. Another tip: before you go shopping for the first groceries, drive past the house to see what is (still) present from the previous tenants - washing powder, coffee, tea, olive oil, flour for pizza dough etc. was still abundant.
Once we had dinner in a restaurant in the area and that immediately turned out to be a direct hit: La Vecchia Quercia, on the road to Selci. Not around the corner, but well worth the trip.
Finally, it was very nice to be able to make direct contact with the landlord, Anna Lambrechts. She is extremely helpful, very easily accessible (we have only had whatsapp contact) and could also give excellent advice about the area and restaurants etc.
It is a fantastic place where we would love to return again.

We had a nice week at villa primavera. The pool was top notch. Super that after a night of rain the pool was cleaned by the gardeners. Everything was also present in the house.
A day trip to Rome by train is doable. The waterfalls of Marmore are also highly recommended. Nice hike down with refreshment of the falls. Keep in mind that you also have to go back up;)
Definitely worth repeating for us :)
