It is a beautiful house with a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. The only thing we missed were mosquito nets. There was apparently a nest of hornets nearby and they also came in when the windows were up. It has long been unclear whether it could go ahead, but the owners have always been very patient and facilitating. No hassle about payment or any voucher. They want satisfied guests and people to enjoy their beautiful home.

Villa Primavera is beautiful! It is stylish and lovingly furnished and very well maintained. We felt right at home. The garden and pool are just great, two large, covered terraces make it difficult to decide where to have dinner. The pizza stone oven is easy to use and not only creates a great flair but also delicious pizza!
But the best thing is the location, an incredible view of the valley, surrounded by olive trees you can only hear a dog, a sheep or a horse. Italian country living on the outskirts of a cute, authentic village within easy walking distance.
In an hour you are in the middle of Rome and after sightseeing you can look forward to this little oasis again.
We lived with two families (with almost adult children) in the beautiful house and enjoyed every moment, whether peace and quiet with a view of the valley, action in the large pool or cozy evenings at large tables!
Booking and support were absolutely uncomplicated and very friendly. A big thank you to Anna!!

Everything is well arranged here from the moment of booking to departure and we have experienced the contact with the owners as very pleasant.
We very much enjoyed the house, views and location. In the heart of Rome at 45 minutes drive.
Beds were good, everything in and around the house was clean and more than sufficient, also good WiFi, Bluetooth speaker.
Around the house are several places to sit, enjoyed beautiful sunsets, pizza oven, fantastic swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds, in short, highly recommended.
We would definitely come back here again.

The swimming pool is a winner, which we have used daily. Delicious!
Making pizzas in the pizza oven is highly recommended, which we have done several times.

Short and sweet: Villa Primavera is amazing! We have completely relaxed at the Italian holiday pace. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped, the garden very nice and the pool very clean, large and cooling. Bed was nice, enough bathrooms, towels, fast internet, space for the car, small shop within walking distance and a beautiful view.

The kitchen, pizza oven and BBQ invite you to cook, even with fresh herbs from your own garden. The peace and privacy are exactly what you are looking for and that 45 minutes from a metropolis like Rome.

Contact with Anna was friendly, attentive and helpful. We hope to be able to use the house again soon, truly a paradisiacal place!

We have been here with two families with children around 10 years old. What a great house! Nice and cool inside, great pool, beautiful garden, luxury furniture, beautiful kitchen with good appliances. Nice also that there were large towels in large numbers. The view over the valley is really beautiful. There is a nice village nearby and many great restaurants. If we can be positively critical: we recommend putting mosquito nets in the windows because of the mosquitoes. The dirt road to the cottage (300m) offers a challenge with a rental car.
We will definitely come back again!

We enjoyed Villa Primavera for a week with a group of friends. Pool, house, pizza oven and BBQ were all fantastic.

During the week we rented racing bikes from Cicli Montanini in Pantalone, viterbo (limited English language). Great cycling and good contact in advance. The bikes were delivered on time and picked up at the Villa. Make sure you indicate in advance which brand of bike, groupset and gears you want to ride, there are several options, but you have to ask for them.

There are many beautiful rounds to make in the area, from the foothills of the Apennines to the hills of Sabina with beautiful towns (borghi) on top. There is quite a lot of cycling, especially on weekends, so you as a cyclist are taken into account quite a bit. Points of attention are the bad road surface (even for Italian standards) and the short dirt road to the cottage (easy to do, but good to know). In short, with a road bike, your stay at Villa Primavera will be even more fun.

Eating out at Da Lina is definitely recommended.

The pool water was still cold, but we had a swim on that one beautiful day.

We were with our family, 3 adult children and supporters for a week in villa Primervera. We had a very good time. The garden and pool look very nice. The house also looks attractive and neat. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. Also nice that each couple had their own bathroom. The house is quiet but with 10 min walk you are in the village. We went to Rome for a day by train from Stimigliano. For 7 euros return and nice and relaxed. In Rome we did a cycling route along the highlights with a Dutch guide. A very nice experience. We also went to Tivoli to the gardens of Vila d'esta. At 30 minutes from the house is the medieval village of Casperia. Nice to walk through and the route to it is also beautiful. 10 minutes from the house is a large supermarket. The contact with the landlords was also good. They respond quickly to questions via whats app. We had a great time in this beautiful place.
