We have been able to stay in the lovely home of Matthijs and Carolina for 2 months. As the start of our new life on Bonaire, we couldn't have thought of a better place. First we celebrated 2 weeks of vacation and then started our working life. Matthijs and Carolina were always there for us and helped us to really find our way here. The house was really a "home" and a party every day. Snorkeling and diving from your home, the most spectacular sunsets and skies you can imagine. Walking from home into town, getting ice cream, good food or a walk on the boulevard. We enjoyed! The outdoor shower, the rinse tank for the diving gear are all also super practical and top arranged. We recommend it to everyone.

We were with 3 girls at Kas Boei Boei. It is centrally located, close to Kralendijk and wonderfully on the water. We have been well received and the landlords are very nice people, are always available and willing to help, if there is anything. Had a wonderful holiday, highly recommended!

In a word a perfect cottage for a quiet relaxing holiday.
Beautiful snorkel location right in front of the door, on the edge of the center, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, car/scooter rental, etc. Warm welcome by owner who gave a tour center where everything could be found. Very involved and lots of tips.
From there you can explore the whole island where there is so much beauty to see and experience, too many to mention here. You have to experience it for yourself.
We had a great time there, and Kas boei buoy is definitely recommended.

Overall impression and location could have been a 10 if there hadn't been so much truck traffic driving past the house and a lot of young people with loud music in the car. But if you don't mind, it's a prime location. In the morning you can jump into the sea to swim a few laps together with the locals. You can also walk straight into Kralendijk Center for all the shops and restaurants. The house is cosily furnished and fully equipped. The contact with the landlords is also very good.

We have stayed on Bonaire for many years and rented a lot of houses, this year Kas Boei Boei and for us no other house in the coming times!

The location is great, you can walk to the center of Kralendijk via the boulevard. Supermarket around the corner for fresh rolls. The sea on the other side of the road where the locals also swim. Watching the cruise ships sail ...

The location is great, you can walk to the center of Kralendijk via the boulevard. Supermarket around the corner for fresh rolls. The sea on the other side of the road where the locals also swim. Watching the cruise ships sail in from your terrace. The road in front of the house is busy when a cargo ship comes in. All trucks drive in front of the house. Carolina and Matthijs are very easy to reach via whatsapp and they also respond very quickly to the mail. They are very involved and regularly inquire if everything is to your liking. Maria was waiting for us on arrival, what a sweet, heartwarming woman. Everything was perfect and the décor of the house is nice and homely and feels a bit like coming home. You don't feel like you're in a holiday home. We enjoyed it, unfortunately the cottage is already full next year at the beginning of March 🙁. Kas Buoy Buoy is highly recommended. The house is located in a super location. Sea view and snorkeling on your doorstep. A few mornings we hit a nice eagle ray. The garden is also lovely with its tropical reptiles and birds. The outdoor shower is very practical. We had rented mountain bikes for 3 weeks and we could put them under lock and key in a separate loft. Contact with the owner and the key manager could not have been better. Always helpful and reachable. The islanders are also very friendly. Didn't have any sense of (petty) crime that we experienced on other islands. After 3 weeks we had the feeling of really being at home and belonging. The only comment we have was the unloading of the cargo ships nearby, which meant that trucks with containers occasionally passed in front of the door. But yes, the perfect location doesn't exist in this world, but Kas Boei Boei came close.
