Ideal, detached and complete holiday home.
Perfect location by the sea (Chacha beach), with outdoor shower at home makes it easy to snorkel a few times a day or cool off in the sea.
Center is within walking distance. The road can be a bit busy at times, we didn't find it disturbing.
Literally around the corner it is easy to sit down at Divi Flamingo resort for a beautiful sunset during happy hour. By the way, this can also be done from the porch at the house.
Sympathetic owners, very easy to contact.

Super nice house for 4 with all comforts. 4 steps out of the house and you are on the local beach. The house is centrally located and easy to reach. On weekends or when there is a ship in the harbor, you do have some trouble with the 'city'. But it didn't bother us. The cottage is highly recommended for a stay on Bonaire! We would definitely stay here again next time. The owners are friendly, helpful and make you feel warm and welcome. Big 10!

Upon arrival we immediately felt at home because of the cozy and cozy interior. Matthijs and Carolina gave us a warm welcome on arrival.
Because you have already had a long journey and arrive late in the afternoon, they have already bought the first groceries, to get through the evening and have breakfast.
The location is perfect, it is located at the beginning/end of the Boulevard with sea views and walking distance to restaurants and downtown. You have to like fun because the (friendly) locals sometimes come to celebrate a party in the evening, which has never led to nuisance. The spacious fridge/freezer and the air conditioners in the bedrooms have done their job well. The beds are lovely and you can take a nice (hot) shower inside and outside. All in all a very good holiday address.

The stay at Kas Boei Boei was outstanding.
When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and we were shown everything. In the fridge there was already food for the next breakfast and also a cold water and beer were available.

The premises were very clean and pure, and also sufficiently large. It should also be emphasized that the basic equipment (pepper, salt, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.) could be found in the house.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms cooled the temperature down very quickly, so we only used it during our stay.
A safe to store the valuables was also available.
We used the washing machine and then let the laundry dry on the line in the garden. So another plus point with the accommodation.
The evening sunset with a view of the sea is not to be missed!

A great place to stay with excellent landlords. I can recommend it without reservation!

We have just returned from the 2 month holiday on Bonaire and had a fantastic time in Kas Boei Boei. Carolina and Matthijs are sweet and caring landlords, you couldn't find it better. They are always available to lend a hand and of course if you have any questions. The inhabitants of Bonaire are also approachable and nice people and I already miss swimming together every morning. Even here on chachacha beach, the underwater world is beautiful. We are already looking forward to next year.

Lovely house, lovely place: just cross the street and you are wonderfully among the locals, by the sea! 5 minutes walk and you are in the center. Caroline and Matthijs are really Super.

We really enjoyed our two weeks on Bonaire and in the Kas Boei Boei house. By crossing the street we were able to snorkel in front of the door every day, and then rinse off the salt water under the lovely outdoor shower of the house.
The sunsets were the daily icing on the cake.
During the evening and night, one may experience nuisance from the locals celebrating the weekend in front of the door or the traffic that passes by when a ship is unloaded.

The house includes several pets, such as Ferret the salamander and his wife Agaath and a bunch of beautiful and singing birds. We regularly shared the front garden with them.

The house is extensively equipped, such as a well-functioning oven, linen, a coffee maker (filter coffee), 4 burner gas stove, extensive kitchen utensils, a hammock, a place outside to rinse diving and/or snorkeling gear and a clothesline. In the bedrooms there are comfortable beds and air conditioning.

Matthijs and Carolina are approachable and friendly people who are easy to reach for questions.

We found it n a great place to stay. Sometimes trucks or residents who had received their wages and had to party for a while. But definitely worth repeating as far as we are concerned.
