Especially the great outdoor kitchen with a very spacious garden makes this house great! (Delicious pizza baked in the wood oven) The house was also certainly fine and everything was very clean and new. Only small downside was that the bedrooms were slightly on the small side for 6 adults. House was otherwise really clean and everything was there. Supermarkets nearby (10 min by car). Super friendly contact person! Warm welcome and she had all kinds of good tips. Because we had a lot of rain, she was also so sweet to bring wood again!
In the area we have eaten very well a few times, partly due to the tips. This was at Salt & Pepper (Medulin), Konoba Batelina (Banjole), Kantinon Tavern (Rovinj) and at Alla Beccaccia (Valbandon)
Tip: A little more storage space in the house/hooks in the rooms and possibly a loan bike at the house that you can easily go to the supermarket/beach/center without having to take the car

There were two of us, but 2 of our daughters went for a week and that was great!
My originally Croatian husband celebrated his birthday there. The outdoor kitchen was the absolute plus!! And the tranquility and hearing the cicadas in the evening ....
It was delicious and everything was thought of!!
Even an inflatable for my other daughter's children who came by every now and then was taken care of unsolicited!
Thank you so much for taking such good care of me!!
We will definitely be back!!!

Unfortunately, after having had 3 fantastic weeks we had to go home. We really lived outside for 3 weeks thanks to the beautiful outdoor kitchen. There is a lot to do and see in the area and the enormous water sports activities are plentiful.
What is disadvantageous is having to do everything by car. Beach is too far to walk and to get a parking space at the beach you have to be early.
Tip, a swimming pool would be a great asset. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful holiday home surrounded by lots of nature, making it wonderful to have a quiet breakfast with birdsong in the background. Wake up to the sound of the countless birds, and look at the huge starry sky in the evening! ...

Beautiful holiday home surrounded by lots of nature, making it wonderful to have a quiet breakfast with birdsong in the background. Wake up to the sound of the countless birds, and look at the huge starry sky in the evening! Despite the fact that we were there in April, we were able to enjoy the starry sky outside until late at night. Then a glass of wine inside by the wood stove! Really good place to relax, but where you are not far from the hustle and bustle (about 5min)! Had a great holiday!
In any case, we will be back.

Went to Villa Maslina for the 2nd time, this time during the May holidays. We were again very friendly received and felt right at home again. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the house and garden. Lovely weather and we could sit outside and eat every day. In the evening inside the cozy living room with the wood stove on every now and then. Went to the coast every day, where it was nice and quiet. Highly recommended!

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit vakantiehuis dat op een erg rustige plek staat. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een heerlijke grote tuin met verschillende zitplekken, een grote buitenkeuken waar we heel...

We hebben een fantastische week gehad in dit vakantiehuis dat op een erg rustige plek staat. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een heerlijke grote tuin met verschillende zitplekken, een grote buitenkeuken waar we heel wat uurtjes hebben doorgebracht, een buitentoilet met buitendouche. Het huis zelf is schoon en netjes en ruim voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De afstand naar Medulin: de winkels en het strand is goed te doen met de auto. Dus al met al een echte aanrader.

Twee fijne vakantieweken doorgebracht in dit mooie huis met prachtige grote tuin, waar je veel terrasjes hebt om te genieten van de zon of schaduw. Altijd wel een plek te vinden waar het niet te warm is of juist lekker in de zo...

Twee fijne vakantieweken doorgebracht in dit mooie huis met prachtige grote tuin, waar je veel terrasjes hebt om te genieten van de zon of schaduw. Altijd wel een plek te vinden waar het niet te warm is of juist lekker in de zon, wat je maar wilt. De tuin is erg mooi ingericht en biedt veel privacy. De buitendouche was heerlijk om even af te koelen.
De mooie buitenkeuken hebben we veel gebruikt, lekker koken en eten aan de mooie tafel. De buitenkeuken heeft ook een barbecue, oven en zelfs een vaatwasser. Het huis is koel, als je de ramen 's avonds en 's morgens even tegen elkaar open zet. De ramen zijn voorzien van horren, dus geen last van muggen.
De omgeving van Medulin en Pula heeft voldoende mogelijkheden om erop uit te gaan.
De eigenaars ontvangen je zeer vriendelijk en zijn erg behulpzaam.
