Nice house, everything at hand, road to it could use asphalt (maybe still to come). Had beautiful weather so only lived in the outdoor kitchen, where everything was also present.
Wonderfully private because everything is fenced. Personally, I would put a swimming pool there, the outdoor shower was nice. It's nice that there are mosquito nets on the windows to keep the insects out. Definitely worth repeating.

As mentioned before, the interior of the accommodation was overcomplete. Beautiful outdoor kitchen and nice and cool bedrooms inside.
Only downside is the access road to the accommodation.

We have been in this beautiful house for the first 2 weeks of July 2018, it is a beautiful house with all the trimmings, especially the outdoor kitchen is great.
Well received and had a tour in and around the house.
You are outside the center but the house and the outdoor kitchen more than make up for that, we had a valid time there.
Small tip; Keep the folder with sights and activities up to date (was now from 2016) and indicate which waste will be collected and when.
This place is highly recommended !

We have spent 2 wonderful weeks in your house or actually because of the beautiful weather in your outdoor kitchen and large garden. What a great place. It was our first experience in Croatia, what a beautiful holiday country. We have visited a number of places from your house: Rovinje, Porec, Opatja and more. Swam in the sea and made a few boat trips. Too bad you have to do everything by car. But you can have a great time there and you won't be bored for a day. For peace and quiet, you can find a spot in the large garden where there is always sun or shade and the nice scent of lavender attracts many different types of butterflies. In short, we had a wonderful holiday with 5 adults. But families with children would also have a great time here. Mira thank you for the warm welcome and waving goodbye.

First of all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlords must be mentioned. That was sensational and we had never experienced that on our previous vacations in this way. Thanks again. The house is a bit out of the way, absolutely quiet in a nice neighborhood with very friendly people. In 15 minutes on foot you can reach the supermarkets. The sea is a few minutes longer. You should have a vehicle with you when you are in the situation. The house was very clean and in a very good new condition. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic., the property very large and fenced. Our dog was able to move freely.
We had a lot of fun and can highly recommend the house. Thank you again.

Especially the great outdoor kitchen with a very spacious garden makes this house great! (Delicious pizza baked in the wood oven) The house was also certainly fine and everything was very clean and new. Only small downside was that the bedrooms were slightly on the small side for 6 adults. House was otherwise really clean and everything was there. Supermarkets nearby (10 min by car). Super friendly contact person! Warm welcome and she had all kinds of good tips. Because we had a lot of rain, she was also so sweet to bring wood again!
In the area we have eaten very well a few times, partly due to the tips. This was at Salt & Pepper (Medulin), Konoba Batelina (Banjole), Kantinon Tavern (Rovinj) and at Alla Beccaccia (Valbandon)
Tip: A little more storage space in the house/hooks in the rooms and possibly a loan bike at the house that you can easily go to the supermarket/beach/center without having to take the car
