Manual house and equipment would be very useful. Info guide very desirable due to disposal of waste, fuse box, doctor, pharmacy etc. Of course there is also a lot to be found on the internet, but a folder would be the .... on the i's.

Fantastic, peaceful vacation spot. With a lovely outdoor kitchen where we spent a lot of hours. This was our second holiday in this house. Highly recommended!

Nice house with a fantastic outdoor kitchen. 3 bedrooms with good beds in all 3 rooms, top. It's a pity that there is no swimming pool, while there is plenty of room for it. This would be another real addition.

The house is quiet and has a fantastic garden. The kitchen in the house is reasonable, but the pots and pans do not fit with electric cooking, which is necessary. The outdoor kitchen is lovely. Costs for cleaning are over the top, for that money you expect clean fresh kitchens and good materials to use. Advice from us, make sure you have good pans, clean crockery and leave an instruction for the coffee machines and so :) A lovely holiday home with an insanely beautiful garden!

Had a G-E-W-E-L-D-I-G-E holiday! A very friendly welcome from the hostess. And what a fantastically beautiful house with a very nice location and large garden. This location and surroundings have all the ingredients for having an extraordinarily wonderful and relaxing holiday. It is definitely recommended to rent this house.
For us, this house is high on the list to visit again in the future.

Been at Villa Terra Rossa for almost 3 weeks in May 2019. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate (cold and wet), so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor kitchen (with the exception of the delicious coffee machine). Fortunately, the house is well equipped with heating (via air conditioning) and smart TV. Furthermore, very good beds and nice shower. The days that the sun still came out, it was lovely in the garden with all the peace, space and privacy. Cycling in the beautiful surroundings (on the mtb) was also wonderful. Tip: if possible, downloading routes will save you a lot of searching along the way! All sights and beautiful places of Istria can be reached by car within a fairly short time. In short, the house is highly recommended.

Top holiday home, just a pity about the path you have to cross. Can cost you tires so bad is the path.
We missed a swimming pool, there is enough space for that.
