Had a fantastic holiday in Medulin. The house is very nice and we spent very little time there, you actually live around the pool and the outdoor kitchen. We made use of all the facilities there. The pizza oven and Bbq are really an experience in themselves, especially with children. The outdoor kitchen is completely complete anyway, that applies to the entire house. Everything can be found there and everything is immediately at hand.

Our dogs had a great time on the property. The garden is fully fenced and they can run nice long distances. The pool is the most beautiful we have seen so far, completely beautiful in stone. The garden is very beautifully landscaped, enjoyed all the flowers immensely.
Manager Mira is fantastic!

2 points that make it a 10 for us: the beds are really a bit tight for two, although of course we understand that the space does not really allow it but it would already be a huge plus in 1 room. A WiFi amplifier in the utility room would really be a great addition.

It's as fantastic as the pictures suggest. In the beautifully landscaped garden you just keep discovering plants and flowers. Next to the large garden is an adjacent piece of land where you can romp around (see also the basketball hoop). The pool is wonderfully heated. Furthermore, a gentleman quiet spot at the end of a dead end road.
The local manager is very friendly and very accessible for questions or tips.

House is ok, beds relatively narrow, DB 140/150cm wide!
Blackout blinds too narrow
Fly screens do not hold.
Lighting especially in the bathroom inadequate ( 1 lamp )

It would be nice to have a basket of firewood for the fireplace and some coal for the barbecue on arrival!
Otherwise a great house for the summer, in wind and bad weather rather uncomfortable!
Pool is perfect when the weather is nice!
Unfortunately in bad weather in the house no dining area, outside in wind no adequate eating opportunity!! Curtains blow in the entrance area, in the outdoor kitchen too draughty and cold!
Ruzmira was always present, no complaints!

Had a very nice holiday where peace (is almost completely free) and fun (good swimming pool) were paramount. Beautiful surroundings. Car is needed.

Had a wonderful holiday in beautiful Croatia in this great home. We never return because we like to go on new adventures, but we liked this house so much that we made an exception. We are sure that it was not our last visit to this fine place. The beautiful new swimming pool was pure enjoyment and a nice addition to the already complete villa. The moment we stepped inside, we felt at home again. The owners but also the managers Isak and Mira are very friendly and always there for you. Thank you lovely people!

Great garden with lots of space and several places to sit or lie down. Very kindly received by Isak, also very nice that we could borrow bicycles. We missed an information book about the area, advice on beaches and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Have very much enjoyed Croatia and the house.

Our first time on holiday in Croatia turned out to be a very pleasant acquaintance. Villa Terra Rossa has certainly played a part in this. We enjoyed the house and the large garden. The flowers and plants, the beautiful birds and butterfly species that come here. Our dogs also enjoyed the space immensely. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Waking up in the morning with a fresh bean coffee, delicious! The location of the house is very quiet and yet close to all the places you want in the area (beach, supermarket and restaurants) For us the best of both worlds. There is room for a swimming pool and this would certainly be an addition to the house as far as we are concerned. We asked in advance if we could set up a bath ourselves and the owners agreed; That was nice to cool down during the hot days. The contact with the homeowners and house observer was very nice and accessible. We had asked in advance if some groceries could be prepared and this was neatly arranged. Also during the trip we were able to ask our questions and received a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye. We are very happy that this trip that we have been looking forward to for a long time could continue and have experienced absolutely no obstacles due to the covid-19 virus. We did great trips and had a great dinner. We look back on our holiday with great enthusiasm and can recommend this house to everyone! If we have to mention something remarkable about the covid-19, it is that it was quiet in terms of tourism and we were able to enjoy all places even more!
