We are Linda and Ivo Wassing and a few years ago we moved to the beautiful Sauerland (Küstelberg, near Winterberg). In 2014 we bought an attractive 6-person apartment on the ground floor for rent (app. Warstein).

During one of our holidays in Italy (on Lake Maggiore), we fell in love with the town of Luino and we thought it would be great to have a holiday address there. We made this dream come true in 2018 and bought our apartment with garden and beautiful view, "Casa-Ivo", on the maintained La Romantica in Brezzo di Bedero (10 minutes by car from the lake). Casa Ivo can be rented for up to 4 people and 1 dog.

In 2024 we expanded our painting company in Germany (malerwassing.de) with an international painting company dehollandsekwast.com with this we are of service to Dutch people with a holiday home abroad with painting/wallpapering their 2nd home.

We had a great time in Casa Ivo. The house was nice and cool and we enjoyed the fantastic pool. The house was fully furnished and everything was there. The only thing we missed was a garlic press, but maybe we missed it.
