We really enjoyed the property. Location very good. Everything nearby (beach, shops, restaurants,...). Were very pleasantly surprised. Everything you need for a perfect holiday feeling.

Great house! Absolutely everything is there. Compliments for the beautiful lounge set (usually you will find an Ikea set or something). Lovely several places where you can relax in the garden, beautiful swimming pool. Every eve...

Great house! Absolutely everything is there. Compliments for the beautiful lounge set (usually you will find an Ikea set or something). Lovely several places where you can relax in the garden, beautiful swimming pool. Every evening I walked to various restaurants. Large supermarket 300 meters away so absolutely great. You do need a car for the beach.

What a TOP stay we had here. It is certainly not the cheapest property but we thought it was definitely worth the money.
Except for the price, a big 10 for us.

A family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) were allowed to stay in this beautiful villa for 2 weeks in August.

In the photos, the house looked great, but in reality it looks much nicer and more spacious. The lounge set in the garden is also much nicer than in the photo. And of super good quality.

Rooms were spacious and tidy. Just like the whole house, by the way

Kindly received by Leon (the caretaker) who gave us a short tour and explanation of the house.

Everything was really present in the house, from linens to spices, toys, books etc etc.

There is a supermarket 2 min walk away, where you can find everything. If it's not already in the house ;-)

Pool was cleaned/maintained 2 times a week by Leon's son. Super nice young man.

Contact with Charly (owner) went very smoothly.

Overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful house, plenty of places to look for the sun or shade. Really a super place, supermarket within walking distance for fresh rolls and fresh juice. Enjoyed the house and the surroundings! Recommended!

Lovely house and fully equipped. The house is in a nice quiet place and looks well cared for. Upon arrival a very nice gentleman who goes through and explains everything.

I can't give a 10 because nothing is completely perfect but this villa comes very close ;-) We have been traveling to Spain for quite some years and always rent through micazu. In the past already rented in ciudad quesada (rojales) but this villa really stands head and shoulders above the rest. It exceeded all our expectations. Everything is present in the villa. A big compliment to the cleaning team (because you usually pay extra for the final cleaning)In the past, you arrived in villas where you first had to work to clean yourself. With Charly you could literally eat off the ground. The contact with him and his key manager Leon (Dutch-speaking) also went smoothly. Leon was waiting for us at the desired hour with a smile to explain everything on arrival. You could always call him with any question. We had a nice holiday. Tip: car is really necessary to get around. For the rest, lots of fun things to do in the area. Go-karting in orihuela. Tree climbing in elche. Quad biking in lo rufete. Cartagena.la Zenia Boulevard for shoppers. El zoco market on sunday (local biggest market in the area)escape room enigroom in cartagen etc etc. Lots of restaurants in the ciudad itself.
