We had a very pleasant holiday in villa Naciones. We could take a refreshing dip in the pool at all times and use all the other luxuries that the house has. Within walking distance is a cozy village where you can have a nice lunch or dinner. Before leaving we had some questions and the owner spoke to us nicely. In short, a nice place to relax and visit some places!

Had a wonderful holiday! We have made very intensive use of the house, especially outside. Delicious food and enjoyed at the various seating areas. The bbq and of course the more than fantastic swimming pool! Throughout the day...

Had a wonderful holiday! We have made very intensive use of the house, especially outside. Delicious food and enjoyed at the various seating areas. The bbq and of course the more than fantastic swimming pool! Throughout the day there is a place with sun and shade. Lots of privacy despite the fact that the houses are close together. From the house by car made some trips, good location so doable. Ciudad Quesada also had a nice restaurant with good service (the Olive tree). Lots of supermarkets nearby.
Friendly contact with the owner and the manager who is immediately there for you!!
Highly recommended! We hope to come back someday.

Let me start with the two biggest plus points:
(1) The hospitality of the owner Arjen and the manager Leon is fantastic. Always friendly and always available. All agreements have been fulfilled. The caretaker always showed up on time. That's very nice. We were really unburdened.
(2) The large and (sloping) deep pool is really fantastic; You can really swim in it. We enjoyed ourselves for many hours.

Unfortunately there were also some negatives to the cottage/villa.
The villa was not very clean and fresh everywhere and where it might have been clean and fresh, it did not feel clean and fresh because of the datedness of some things. I will email the owner a list, so that he can quickly replace/adjust a few things, which can quickly improve the overall feel.

Would I recommend the property to family? No, not in this state. If the owner follows the recommendations, then perhaps they will.

We ate out every day, both in the neighborhood and in the different harbor towns. The restaurants by the sea in the various harbor towns are not that great, was even disappointing. Highly recommended are the restaurants at the golf course; We had a really nice and good meal there.

Before we left home and upon arrival we received a message from Arjen and also the day before we went home. We felt very welcome. Also the manager was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We were here for the 2nd time and again enjoyed the lovely terrace and several seats!
By car again very nice towns and nature visited, including Natuurvogelpark El Fondo!
