Almost a top location. Landlords are very professional, they have even drawn up a booklet with all the restaurants in the area and what to do, they have not made it easy. They have clearly made the effort to make it as easy as possible for you. Contact with landlords is very fast(Whattsapp), I did not come out of a few issues during my stay and had an answer within 5 minutes. During our stay (September) the pool was too cold, but when the weather is nice, it is a nice pool to be in. Views from the cottage are breathtaking. However, it is almost a prime location, I did not find the last two kilometers to the cottage pleasant. It is a single road (with a few alternative options, but not on the most difficult part) on a hill. If there is oncoming traffic in the wrong place, you are in a difficult position. If this doesn't matter to you, then this is the place to stay in Tuscany. It is so centrally located that you can go anywhere easily and quickly (Pisa, Pistioa, Florence, Lucca etc).
