Nice location, a bit away from all activities and amenities, so a car is necessary. Very welcoming and helpful; We were allowed to use the house all day on the last day, because we only flew in the evening. Great shower, only water does not always drain well.

It is a beautifully located house, in an area where there is a lot to do. For enthusiasts, it is an oasis of peace after a busy day at the beach. Highly recommended is the 7 Valleys Trail. We started in Benagil (up the stairs next to restaurant Algar) and then walk along the cliffs to Praia da Marinha and back. Breathtakingly beautiful and it is said that this is the most beautiful part of the Algarve coast. 10 minutes drive away are many golf courses and our favorite will be Pestana Silves. A short drive into the hinterland. Book a Twilight time, that makes a huge difference in the fairy.
The house is very well equipped and the swimming pool has a huge attraction. Also important: the beds are very good. We were there at the beginning of March and then it can be chilly; are in the evening. But the (electric) heaters do their job. Highly recommended is this house and its location!

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the nice apartment (used to be the garage), the swimming pool and the beautiful weather. There are beautiful beaches in the area. Landlords respond very quickly to inquiries. They were in the villa half the time, but we hardly saw each other. The caretakers who live in a separate house a little further on the property (with dog Noah) can only be seen driving by and waving every now and then. They respect your privacy, but if there is anything, they are there for you. Noah regularly comes by, but is super sweet.

We had a fantastic couple of weeks staying A Garagem Lagoa. The house is very well equipped and was really homely. It is situated a couple of km out of town making it really quiet and private but close enough to the shops and beautiful beaches.
The hosts, Patrick and Ilse, couldn't have been more friendly or more helpful.
We are looking forward to returning again next year.

We have been in this beautiful place for 3 weeks and we enjoyed it so much. You will not be short of anything here in and around the house, beautiful views and inside the house everything nice light and pure very fresh there. The wifi is also perfect everywhere, and there are lovely seating areas at the private pool, all really cozy. You do need a car to get around, but from there you are close to everything, supermarket, restaurants and the beaches. you'll be there in no time. The contact with the owners is also very nice and friendly, super nice people!! in short, we had a Super, Super Super nice holiday in A GARAGEM LAGOA! to Quick Greetings Nicole and Patrick.

A Garagem is a great house to
stay, it is very quiet but not
secluded, you need a car then
you can get to large supermarkets very quickly,
restaurants and beaches.
The house is in a word EXCELLENT !

We had a super holiday in Garagem Lagao. Coordination with the owner is very smooth. The apartment is delivered very clean. That's nice anyway. The apartment is of very full. Everything was pretty much available, especially in the spacious kitchen. The apartment is attached to a larger house, vase raasa, but that is never rented out at the same time. So you have the whole site to yourself. However, the caretaker couple also live on the site. You don't notice much of that. Only when they go to work or as soon as they come home do you see them drive by and wave them in a friendly way. Every now and then a gardener or someone comes to clean the pool. Supermärkten, beaches and lots of restaurants are all nearby. You never spend more than 15 minutes in the car to reach it. The pool is very spacious and wonderfully refreshing. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back again.
