Another good review, but I still wanted to make the effort to say it.
You clearly enjoy making the guests feel at home in all kinds of ways: perfectly maintained and cosily furnished apartment, something tasty in the fridge on arrival, beds "nicely" made, if possible transport to the airport, giving information to the guests on the spot, flexible in arrival and departure times,.....
We have chosen this apartment for the great furnished terrace and view. And it was, really!
It was located next to the pool (app 103) (no noise nuisance from the pool encountered) with a low dividing wall with glass on it. Before going to the pool, just check how many people there are: many or few or sometimes none and 1 minute later you were in the pool.
Inside it was very cozy and really EVERYTHING was there. We were only there for a week and have not cooked, but the kitchen was very well equipped.
There were also bathrobes, table towels, plenty of towels, extra sheets, books, ....
The apartment was very quiet. View of the sea and the harbor, which was within walking distance.
A quiet walkway ran behind the terrace, but was not disturbing at all.
This was definitely 1 of our best apartments we have ever rented, so a big 10 out of 10 in all areas is not an exaggeration.
Keep up the good work with your 'hobby'.

We very much enjoyed this lovely apartment on the Golf del Sur. Location directly on the sea is really beautiful and the beautiful and quiet swimming pool (plenty of beds) can be reached within 10 seconds. Apartment is really of all comforts (Senseo, dishwasher, washing machine, Satt. TV, various kitchen app.), has a very spacious living room and even larger outdoor terrace. We loved to relax on that outdoor terrace with an ever-present sea breeze and the murmur of the Atlantic Ocean in the background. You don't have to look long for eateries because right next to the apartment you have the restaurants to choose from. You can have a great breakfast for less than 5 Euro on every corner of the street and for dinner Indian restaurant Charcoal (next to all.) and tripadvisor number 1, Rendezvous (not cheap) are recommended. From app. You can also take lovely walks along the ocean to the harbor or the other way to San Blas where you will find a large supermarket and a nice shopping center. If you want to go to Los Cristianos by bus, you go up the hill at the front of the apartment complex. (Stop 7283). Check the website titsa.com and you will see exactly what time the buses arrive there. As indicated in other references, the contacts with the owners, Anne and Rene, are really great and they also have a very nice folder ready with all kinds of useful tips and other facts. So I can recommend everyone to book this app.

We enjoyed the apartment and the surroundings very much. Everything is there and we haven't been bored for a day. As a tip, we give you a good meal in Los Abrigos. Pool is clean and nice and quiet. The advantage of Tenerife is the climate, warm with a nice breeze. We can't name a downside, except that we would have liked to stay longer. In short, we had a great holiday and compliments to the landlords.
