We had a wonderful vacation at villa Livandia.

Harry the owner is very helpful. It is located and a very beautiful stretch of coast around 2.30 h drive from Athens.

The villa has all it promises. We were with two families of 5 and 6. Everything you need is available in the villa. The views of the coastline are stunning the pool is really great. It are really two pools in one. A regular pool and a shallow pool. So all the kids can play together. Although not heated still warm enough mid October when we visited.

Harry has plenty of suggestions of good restaurants and there are plenty of beaches and island in the surrounding. Also acient Greece is around the corner.

We loved the fact that the villa is located remotely with no direct neighbors.

That being said you definitely need a car in my opinion. The nearest supermarket is a10-15 min drive.

We would love visiting again and we had a very good time. When I read another review I was a little worried However we could not disagree more. although the villa is not brand new it was clean with a superb pool, views and a very helpful owner and staff.

Thanks a lot to Yana and Harry for the opportunity to stay in their villa. It a really dream house:). it is truly a piece of paradise: sea ​​view, lack of houses and people, beautiful garden with olive trees, pomegranates and citrus fruits. For us , our family it was an opportunity to take a break from the everyday hustle and routine. The villa is very beautifully , comfortable and convenient for children. Yana and Harry also provided very useful information about sightseeing, shopping, restaurants.
