We had 1 nice week, although the weather doesn't play along. It was very good that the dining area was very large and we had plenty of space to play, and the living room was sufficient. Kitchen was also ideal. Living area for heating with pellets was perfect. We would like to book the house again at any time

I would recommend. Contact with the tenant very good. On-site service at a high level and very helpful. The cottage is beautifully located in the mountains. Great views. Great air. Close to the center. 10/10

The house offers plenty of space and has an ideal location for the ski area and for romping around. Some rooms are difficult to heat in winter. One bed was broken when we arrived (broken through).

What a wonderful holiday we had here with a large part of our family. We came for peace, nature and enjoying each other and we certainly succeeded. Villa Alpenblick has more than lived up to our expectations. Very spacious house, fully equipped. Magnificent view where the local deer just walked by in the evening. Wonderfully quiet location, but in no time you are at various nice villages, cities and lakes. Our dogs were also welcome and they also had the holiday of a lifetime.
Very friendly owner and managers with whom the contact also went well. While it was sweltering hot in the valleys, we enjoyed pleasant temperatures on the mountain. Enjoy breakfast in the sun on the beautiful balcony. In addition to the ski season, it is also a very suitable accommodation for the summer. Again, we enjoyed it immensely and this stay has certainly ended up in our top 3 of great holidays. Recommended!

We spent the spring break 2018 here, with all our children and grandchildren (9), a total of 17 people.
We were here from Feb. 25th. until March 3, 2018 and it was great.
It's house is wonderfully spacious and even at min 20 gr. Heating well. You can all eat together at the long dining table and the room offers enough sitting/lying sofas for all 17 people. In addition, it offers enough bath and bedrooms to ensure enough privacy for the whole group, and it has a wonderful sauna that can relax the muscles well after a day of skiing.
You don't need the car after arrival because the ski lift is just across the road, and offers access to a wonderful ski area.
The ski area is not that big, but wonderfully quiet with a friendly atmosphere and slopes that are still excellently groomed at the end of the day.
The slopes provide sufficient variation and the total area is, especially for children, wonderfully clear.
Everyone in Hochrindl (the ski rental, the ski instructors, the restaurant owners) is warm and friendly and you never have the idea that you are being "undressed".
The chalet owner and the manager are also very friendly and helpful.
In short, it was a great party for all of us.
