Visit July 2019 - absolutely fantastic villa! Everything is as described, the location perfect. You can stand in the garden looking at the river Ardeche and see (and hear) the waterfall, with just a short 3 mins walk down to the river. As well as the lovely pool and trampoline, you should bring your boules and play in the lane that is also in the garden - great fun in the evenings. It is just 5 mins drive to nearest large supermarket, to visit Pont d'arc town and kayaking location. The villa has easy parking for minimum two cars, kitchen is modern with very large fridge and separate large freezer - great furniture in the huge lounge. Outside table is huge with great loungers and cushions. It feels very safe, as it is a small community away from the tourists and camp sites, and the on-site manager (Inge) was amazing - you can book all your activities via her, she calls the places to confirm the bookings and helps organise your trips! Great for families, with lots of on-site activities to do in the evenings (tennis, football, table-tennis etc.), plus enjoy a drink with Inge at the pool bar. Great villa, great location, will visit again!
