Excellent location where most activities can be reached within 45 minutes
Very friendly caretaker.

What was impractical was that there is no freezer available in the house
The garden is not completely private, this was not a problem but from the photos the house seems to be freer than it is.
Television is old and doesn't have an HDMI connection, too bad we couldn't use the chromecast we brought with us.

All in all, highly recommended for a visit to the Eifel.

Nice cottage. The interior is complete, including a cot, high chair and outdoor garden furniture. In the kitchen a dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, cutlery, plates and cups. It's all there. If you're a homebody, you're in the rig...

If you're a homebody, you're in the right place too; There is a nice collection of movies and books available. To top it all off, you can heat the wood stove.
That was not necessary during our stay, because it was 30 degrees or warmer almost every day. But despite the heat, the house, especially downstairs, remained cool. There is also plenty to do in the area. A few beautiful hiking trails start a stone's throw away and in and around Strohn you can find a lot of information about volcanoes and lava in various places.

Nice house, all the trimmings. Nice location on the outskirts of the village. Tranquility and walking are the hallmarks for this house. You can do plenty of shopping in 5 minutes by car.

We had another wonderful week. From winter to summer weather. Wonderfully quiet and slept well.
In Wittlich there is a large lively market on Fridays.

a piece of false flat. You will also pass through the bat tunnel. At the Landgasthaus Janshen you can eat delicious chicken and not expensive. There is still so much to do and see that we will definitely come back again.

A very sweet and cozy house, well cared for. For the children there was a playhouse with a slide. Nice base to discover the area. We enjoyed it!
