Several years ago we have Monique Zomerdijk, Jan van der Tas, Paula Colenbrander and Tijs van Ruiten former Jugendhaus and the school next to it may buy the municipality Strohn. Since then we have a lot of weekends with paint brush, drill and jigsaw spent. The youth center is transformed into a cozy cottage where we ourselves love to stay. And we fell in love with the surroundings, the friendliness of the people, the Moselle wine and food.

The location near the 'lava bomb' and the river Alf is unbeatable: so many hiking opportunities nearby. Moreover, where better to play jeu de boules than at the foot of this lava bomb!
