Nice house with pool.
Location is great, but the wind is often very strong and you are regularly in the clouds.
Also at night a lot of wind out of nowhere a number of times, causing the shutters to rattle and everything on the terrace to blow over. Maybe the time of year but was very unfortunate. There was an unpleasant smell in the house.

Beautiful, well cared for and comfortable house with beautiful views. Close to Granadella, a beautiful nature reserve. The coast and beaches are also easily accessible. Moraira, Javea, Benissa, Calpe and Altea within easy reach

We enjoyed this fantastic house very much, the kids loved the pool.
The breeze brought pleasant cooling during the hot days.
The cottage was equipped with everything you could possibly need.

We enjoyed three weeks in this beautiful villa. A nice welcome from the key holders (the champagne was already cold!).
The house is very suitable for a family with small children because everything is on one level and of course the swimming pool is certainly a big plus.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Goce. The cottage is spacious, fully equipped and well maintained. The swimming pool is nice and deep (diving is possible) and there is a large collection of air mattresses and other toys. A short distance away are a good supermarket, good restaurant, bar and hairdresser. Within 20 minutes by car you are in cozy Moraira or Xàbia. In short: a nice house and certainly value for money!

Een heerlijk huis in een prachtig deel van Spanje! Zeer compleet v.w.b. inrichting en voorzieningen. Hier wordt zorg aan besteed en dat merk je! De buurt grenst pal aan het mooie natuurgebied 'La Granadella'. Zowel daar als in...

Een heerlijk huis in een prachtig deel van Spanje! Zeer compleet v.w.b. inrichting en voorzieningen. Hier wordt zorg aan besteed en dat merk je! De buurt grenst pal aan het mooie natuurgebied 'La Granadella'. Zowel daar als in de verdere (nabije) omgeving vele wandelmogelijkheden voor zowel de ervaren als de minder ervaren wandelaar. Kortom, opnieuw (de 2e keer) een heerlijke vakantie gehad hier. En ik hoop Villa Goce ook in de toekomst opnieuw te kunnen bezoeken.

Een erg net huisje! Wel ligt het huis op een stukje waar veel wind staat. Dat is in het hoogseizoen lekker, maar in voorseizoen kan het soms fris zijn. Jammer dat het mooie uitzicht belemmerd wordt door andere huizen. Wij hebbe...
