Cleaning staff is very scarce here because of the hotels, vacation rentals and parks. We will approach the next tenants to see if they are satisfied

Too bad about the 6 jes. We recently got a new cleaning lady who we are actually very satisfied with. Had messaged us what was wrong. Tenant complained about the full residual waste containers (3 pieces). The previous tenant had not separated the dirt. Paper, food scraps and the empty bottles had all been thrown into the residual waste container. The municipality of Winterberg empties these bins only once a month. Annoying of course, but then temporarily place them in the other green and blue ... Also a question why the dryer was still full..? The tenant had asked to move into the house earlier. The cleaning lady had therefore not had time to empty the dryer, excuse me for that. We have never had any complaints about the interior. Just before the arrival of the tenant a very good quality Boxspring installed. Not all furniture and beds are newly purchased, unfortunately we occasionally have tenants who slightly ruin our furnishings and doors under the influence of alcohol and drugs. Due to Corona, 4 out of 10 Guests could not come. Unfortunately, we had to reject the request for compensation. With a booking of 16 people, that would have been a different story.
