We have been to Urmel several times. Renovations took place last year. For example, the bathroom has been taken care of with, among other things, a beautiful walk-in shower and anti-slip tiles. In addition, a new kitchen and a spacious refrigerator have been installed and the windows and frames have been replaced. All this made our stay even more enjoyable!

Downside is only one toilet in the bathroom. When you are with several people, the seating area is also a bit tight. We enjoyed chalet Urmel and would definitely recommend it.
Location beautiful. Only 20 min to Interlaken.
Bakery and shop for basic necessities in the village.

We enjoyed the chalet immensely. Everything has been thought of. All four of us felt at home. We had a warm week, but had 1 x rain. Highly recommended, also with older kids (10 and 13).

We camped there for a week together and a week with 2 adult children. It's a lovely house and you name it, it's there.
The place and therefore the view is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very neat holiday home with a phenomenal view of the Bernese Alps. Beatenberg itself is a lovely and easily accessible mountain village. Centrally located and therefore very suitable for excursions in the Bernese Oberland.
