Every day I did a trip by train (recommended!) to several fantastic places including Zermatt, Montreux, Gstaad, Riederalp, Lauterbrunnen, Andermatt and Grindelwald. The view is breathtakingly beautiful. Every day, even in February, on the balcony coffee with a view. Thank you Frank&Joke!

We had a fantastic week in chalet Urmel. The communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant and during the stay we enjoyed the house and the view. The bus is free, bus stop in front of the door and Interlaken is very easily accessible by train from the Netherlands. Next time we'll come by train ;)! Thanks!

We were for the third time in this chalet. It's such a beautiful place. The owners have since updated the house. Overall a recommendation for a super view.

We had a great holiday, with very nice weather, the 1st week of September. Location great. Recommended for the 1st day, if you don't have a BO pass or JF pass yet to go to Lauterbrunnen Trummelbach waterfall by car, free car parking. Cottage was perfect, had very good contact with owners about sights and eating out tips!

Lovely and comfortable house. The perfect base from which to explore this beautiful region. And a view that will never get boring, as if you were living in a postcard!
