Had a wonderful holiday in this house last year so booked again for this year. On arrival we were pleasantly surprised, the bathrooms and toilet were completely renewed. Very nice and very comfortable! Also other innovations, nice if it is all well maintained. This year we also used the charging station for our electric car.

2nd time in this villa where you can see that maintenance has been done and improvements have been made so that it remains a beautiful villa.
All in all, we look back on our stay in this villa with great pleasure.

Spacious house with many amenities and plenty of closet space. Plenty of shade in the beautiful garden. BBQ and pool are top notch! Tips for the owner: Renew sealant edges in bathrooms and improve instructions for dirt collection. Furthermore, we had a wonderful stay with 2 couples. A car is necessary to get to the beach. Bicycles (incl. ATB) is possible, but the environment is steep.

Around the pool it could be cleaned up a bit.
The heated pool only reached a temperature of 24 degrees in the last 3 days.
On arrival 18gr. Probably just turned on?
Otherwise highly recommended, quiet area.

Beautiful property with great location.
At the bottom of the mountain which makes the house very accessible. Fully equipped and can say that everything is there. You are quickly on the coast and in the center of Platja d'Aro. Lots of beautiful places in the area whether you like nature, sports, (good) food, drinks and/or a combination of all those things.

In any case, it is worth repeating for us.

Nice house and pool. It's just a shame about the very noisy garden maintenance (chainsaws, leaf blowers, ...) early in the day (both at our and the neighbors').
If it was just a small maintenance, it wouldn't have been so...

Nice house and pool. It's just a shame about the very noisy garden maintenance (chainsaws, leaf blowers, ...) early in the day (both at our and the neighbors').
If it was just a small maintenance, it wouldn't have been so bad. But cutting the crown of a tree in half with a chainsaw early in the morning doesn't really promote the feeling of a peaceful holiday.
Furthermore, a very quiet street, hardly any traffic.
Also plenty of space for a family with 3 children.

PS: maybe the lock of the front door needs to be replaced. We had a lot of trouble getting the key in the keyhole and loosening and tightening the door.
