Spacious house with many amenities and plenty of closet space. Plenty of shade in the beautiful garden. BBQ and pool are top notch! Tips for the owner: Renew sealant edges in bathrooms and improve instructions for dirt collection. Furthermore, we had a wonderful stay with 2 couples. A car is necessary to get to the beach. Bicycles (incl. ATB) is possible, but the environment is steep.

Around the pool it could be cleaned up a bit.
The heated pool only reached a temperature of 24 degrees in the last 3 days.
On arrival 18gr. Probably just turned on?
Otherwise highly recommended, quiet area.

Beautiful property with great location.
At the bottom of the mountain which makes the house very accessible. Fully equipped and can say that everything is there. You are quickly on the coast and in the center of Platja d'Aro. Lots of beautiful places in the area whether you like nature, sports, (good) food, drinks and/or a combination of all those things.

In any case, it is worth repeating for us.

Nice house and pool. It's just a shame about the very noisy garden maintenance (chainsaws, leaf blowers, ...) early in the day (both at our and the neighbors').
If it was just a small maintenance, it wouldn't have been so...

If it was just a small maintenance, it wouldn't have been so bad. But cutting the crown of a tree in half with a chainsaw early in the morning doesn't really promote the feeling of a peaceful holiday.
Furthermore, a very quiet street, hardly any traffic.
Also plenty of space for a family with 3 children.

PS: maybe the lock of the front door needs to be replaced. We had a lot of trouble getting the key in the keyhole and loosening and tightening the door.

Fantastic house with good facilities, we very much enjoyed the tranquility around the house and the warm evenings on the terrace. We definitely want to return here next year. Thanks Stefan.

Lovely house in a beautiful location with lots of privacy. Nicely decorated and everything is there. Very friendly owner, has made some recommendations where to go. We will definitely be back!

Feels like coming home on holiday! Very nice house in a beautiful location. Fun as a couple, but also with friends or a whole family. Due to its convenient location at the bottom of the mountains and on the edge of the forest, ...

Feels like coming home on holiday! Very nice house in a beautiful location. Fun as a couple, but also with friends or a whole family. Due to its convenient location at the bottom of the mountains and on the edge of the forest, you have a lot of privacy. It is very easy to drive to a short distance from Girona (airport). The heated swimming pool is wonderful to stay in October (but I think also throughout the year). The décor is more than complete to take good care of yourself and enjoy; Spacious kitchen with all the equipment you could wish for and a BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining. You are close to the center of Platja d'aro and close to the roads for a day trip to Barcelona or otherwise. For the sporty people among us, it is wonderful to try the mountains by bike (mountain biking and road cycling) or to run. Very nice place to stay with a lot of "real Spain" around you. Not (directly) between the tourists but just in your own place. Highly recommended.
