A wonderful base for skiing in Maria Alm. At a reasonable distance from the slopes. Walkable but a bit far on ski boots. Or take the ski bus or rent a Lokker and then walk 10 minutes. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a nice week. The beds (actually only the bunk bed) are a bit difficult for 4 adults (our group consisted of 4 adults).

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door, it was immediately WOW!!
After a strenuous day, it was wonderful to relax on the balcony to look at our beloved mountains, pure pleasure.

After a strenuous day, it was wonderful to relax on the balcony to look at our beloved mountains, pure pleasure.
The location is also good, you can go from Maria Alm to many places to do activities and to relax.
Across the street from the apartment is a supermarket and in the village you can eat and drink well.
Another big advantage is that there is ample parking at the apartment.
Have been coming to Austria since 1977, started camping, then apartments and holiday homes, but this address is the top!!
In fact, I shouldn't be so positive because then there is little chance that there will be no room for an ounce next year, because we would love to come back.
It was the first time but certainly not the last time, we had a wonderful holiday.

Maria Alm is a unique location to spend your summer holidays and ideally suited to visit various well-known places within the foreseeable future. Think of Zell am See, the Grossglockner, the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, Salzburg, but Maria Alm itself is also a beautiful mountain village with a beautiful and friendly appearance where there are also plenty of opportunities to do something.
