This house has the charm of the 19th century and the comfort of the 21st century, for us an ideal combination on holiday. The heating, water and electricity all work fine, and the wifi is also fast enough and stable. In our experience, this is not always the case when you rent a house, so I would like to mention it in this review! The kitchen is surprisingly spacious and modern. Yes, due to the remote location it is a little further drive to some 'attractions', but we knew that in advance, and you get wonderful peace in return when you are back 'home'. The house itself was of course also an attraction for us. In addition, we enjoyed driving on the surrounding country roads, which gave us even more of a holiday feeling. Despite its location, we also had full 4G coverage (although that probably depends on which provider you are assigned in France). There were also more than enough games and books in the house for those who want to be a little less 'connected' on holiday. In any case, we enjoyed it, even our 3-year-old son didn't want to leave!

The house is beautiful in a beautiful large private garden. We were there with two boys from 13 and 16 who had a great time. The shower and toilet are sober. This house sparrow highly recommended for people with teenagers.

Lovely cottage, for us the second time. The only disappointment was the swimming pool, normally small but nice, now not to be used for the second time because of green water. Would be nicer if that was in order.
