I found the overcrowded clickos on arrival to be a big downside. There was also no explanation or anything like that. Furthermore, plates and glasses were not all clean. Well good communication with the owner, was resolved. Furthermore, good house for three couples, nice dining table and good living room with wood stove.

There is just too much inventory in the kitchen, so there is actually no cupboard space left to tidy up your groceries. Tip: maybe hang 2 cabinets above the counter. And a lunch box on the microwave is nice.
In the bathroom it would be useful if there is a rack to store towels and some other stuff.

What is very nice is that the house stays very cool! Is very pleasant to come home after a hot day 😉
House and garden have a lot of potential, but it is not quite there yet.

Playground and swimming pool are less than a 5-minute walk away. Is a nice pool for nice price.

Furthermore, the Nationalpark Sommercard is included in the cottage. But this was not yet completely completed due to an administrative action.
Instead of that card, we could buy the Salzburgerland card for half the money at the expense of the landlord. That was very thoughtful! And we made a lot of use of this!
It is definitely recommended to use 👌 the Sommercard

We had a nice and beautiful holiday, because Austria remains a fantastically beautiful country!

Good location to ride to the gondola by car. Five minutes. Supermarket you will also visit. Ski bus not around the corner, but easy to do by car. Cozy kitchen, otherwise the interior is very sober. Good beds, but there are many...

Good location to ride to the gondola by car. Five minutes. Supermarket you will also visit. Ski bus not around the corner, but easy to do by car. Cozy kitchen, otherwise the interior is very sober. Good beds, but there are many duvets everywhere, including in the closet, so that there is less closet space. Kitchen is well equipped, very much of all crockery and pans etc. Coffee machine for Nespresso is broken, but there is also a regular coffee machine and a Senseo. WiFi good in sitting room. Waste can be collected more often (empty bottles outside don't look very nice). Caretaker we have not seen, the house was open when we arrived. Good manual TV is missing. Bins for ski boots not found. Putting skis in the shed was not possible (too full). So some points of attention for the landlord. But all in all we had a nice week at Haus Leonie.

The house was not completely clean on arrival. Here and there crumbs on the floor and on the sofa, and in a number of places unnecessary dust. So cleaning could have been better. All in all, absolutely recommended, also for a family with children.

We had a wonderful holiday at Haus Leonie. There is a lot of space and the facilities are fine (lots of crockery eg, a washing machine, good wifi, Dutch television).

Downside was the cleaning, and we missed the garden furniture. When the weather got really good, we couldn't really sit outside.
Conclusion: a very complete house in a fantastic location. There is a lot to do in the vicinity and the view is always beautiful.

Great cottage for 6 to 8 people. A little bit outdated, but nice and spacious! Cottage is located in Mühlbach, near the train. Good location to discover the many ski resorts. Less than a 5-minute drive and you are at the Brambe...

Great cottage for 6 to 8 people. A little bit outdated, but nice and spacious! Cottage is located in Mühlbach, near the train. Good location to discover the many ski resorts. Less than a 5-minute drive and you are at the Bramberg gondola. Our girls enjoyed their ski lessons there (many Dutch ski instructors and they really liked that). If you are looking for a larger ski area, the gondola (Panromabahn) to Kitzbühel is less than a 5-minute drive in the other direction (towards Mittersill). Lots of hiking opportunities if you don't want to ski for a day, possibly in combination with the train that stops near the cottage and takes you to the waterfalls of Krimml.
