We had 4 very nice weeks (end of June, beginning of July) in the house of fam. Gildemeester. The information in advance and communication on the spot went perfectly. With good beds, sufficient linen, mosquito nets on the windows, dishwasher, stable Wi-Fi and a well-maintained swimming pool, we were fully equipped. In addition, the recently installed air conditioning came in handy during a short heat wave of 35 degrees, but was otherwise not necessary. The Country Club is an easily accessible, quiet and well-maintained park where it is also nice to take a walk in the evening. The lively Puerto de Mazarrón, a 20-minute drive away, is ideal for dining out. A little further away we found the seaside resorts of Águilas, Los Alcázares and the cities of Cartagena and Murcia very nice to stay. Furthermore, especially along the coast, there are also beautiful historical things (including mining and coastal defense) that can be visited during the day. Marjan and Bram, thank you for the nice stay!
