There were some things missing that should have been there according to the website. Garden lights didn't work. Minor defects in window and door closure. Five years ago we also rented the villa. Clearly less so now.

Nice big house with big garden and pool for our family with four children and supporters. Albufeira port and city within walking distance.

3rd bathroom was not usable for half of the stay due to a blockage

-Unannounced visit from gardener and cleaning of the swimming pool causes confusion.
WiFi can only be used after 3 days if there is an additional payment

Good place with a view to the sea, a nice swimming pool, beautiful harbor within walking distance with fun events for young and old and shops, completely perfect

Lovely house with all facilities. Good restaurant next door. Car is highly recommended. Lovely beaches within a 5-7 minute drive.

Unfortunately we did not meet Kees the manager but the contact via app and mail was fine.
We were a group of 7 people and 1 child. The house is so wonderfully spacious that you don't get in each other's way. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect location for when you have youth with you who want to go out and you who want peace and privacy. Cleaning had dropped some stitches here and there, but assume that was incidental. Beds and space in the house was top notch. Air conditioning throughout. The restaurant next door may have some influence on your privacy, but there was little to no clientele. Very sad because it looked good. Here and there there is something that needs to be replaced. What we did miss were mosquito nets and a wind-free place outside to sit in the evening. But overall we had a wonderful week and depending on the kids we might come again next year.
If you don't have a car, keep in mind that it is on a very steep slope. But with a beautiful view of the Marinha.
