WIFI, water, gas, light OK. Mosquito nets and air conditioning could improve quality tremendously. Not OK: maintenance issues that should have been fixed earlier.

Casa Leonforte is a lovely cottage in a beautiful but secluded location. House itself is a bit dated but since you live outside that's not a problem. Pool is lovely and the handover and contact with the manager on site went well. Too bad he doesn't speak English. It is also a pity that there is no air conditioning. That is not an unnecessary luxury with temperatures close to 40 degrees. At night it remained very hot in the house. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday.

Great service, cottage was fully equipped (washing machine, iron, hair dryer), due to its central location it was possible to explore the whole island. Suitable for both touring and diapering holidays. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cottage on top of a mountain. Plenty of space around the house. Nice and spacious private swimming pool with springboard. At the springboard, the pool is deeper for a refreshing dip. Owner responds quickly to questions asked, even if there is something it is solved immediately within the possibilities. For example, with us a blockage in the drain. Leonforte is centrally located in Sicily, a good rental car is recommended for groceries and trips if you want to make them. Keep in mind that the sights and good food are always a drive away. The last part to the cottage is a bumpy and partly unpaved road. We used the house in September and experienced a lot of privacy. There are quite a few cats (from the neighbors) around the house, if you don't feed them and don't give them attention, you won't be bothered by them. It is not a luxury house but it satisfies and it fits into the ambiance. We enjoyed the peace, surroundings, the nice swimming pool in combination with the beautiful weather.

We enjoyed your holiday home with its beautiful swimming pool and beautiful views. We went for 100% privacy and that could be found on Leonforte. The cottage was really fully equipped, only we missed some air conditioning because of the high temperatures in the bedrooms at night. We also took good care of the very sweet kittens that roamed around outside, very important for catching insects. We definitely recommend this cottage for those who want to have a swimming pool at their disposal for this beautiful price.
