When the house is completely finished it is worth more than a 10+! Extraordinarily friendly owners who don't ask too far. We have been renting holiday homes all our lives and have never experienced this hospitality and friendliness. only the weather did not cooperate, but that was bad throughout Europe. All in all, we [72 and 74] had a great time.

Very easy to drive within a day; The station is easy to find. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. The welcome meal on arrival was quite tasty. The area turns out to offer much more than initially thought. We could enjoy tranquility during the day and the clear skies at night. The evenings were getting cooler but there was a big pile of firewood in front of the fireplace. The owners are happy to give advice without being intrusive. Nice people. I would come back here and can recommend it to friends as well.

We had a wonderful holiday in this nice house. The pool was blissful, especially because it was above 30 degrees all week. We were very pleasantly received by the owners. Our food was in the oven and the appetizer was ready on the set table. Don't hesitate if you have the chance to book this unique house. Even the dog was allowed to come along. He walked around in the enclosed garden and slept on the lawn. A beautiful area and plenty to see. Every now and then the train passes by, after all, you are staying in a station. We will definitely go back. Thanks again Hans and Wendy for taking such good care and see you next year!

Due to a last minute offer, we were able to book the holiday home of Wendy and Hans for a competitive price. So unexpectedly another week to France. Hans received us warmly and knows a lot about the house. And despite the count...

Due to a last minute offer, we were able to book the holiday home of Wendy and Hans for a competitive price. So unexpectedly another week to France. Hans received us warmly and knows a lot about the house. And despite the countryside with its critters, the big house was very clean everywhere when we arrived. The fact that things still need to be finished also has its charm. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool is lovely, we made good use of it every day. And also the train that passed by every now and then was nice (we are used to the city, the sound of the train is nothing compared to that), it became a sport for our daughters to wave as much as possible, so that the driver honked and waved back. The only downside were the big hornets. Of course, you'll have that faster in August. Hans and Wendy have cut away as many grapes as possible from the beautiful vine above the terrace, in order to attract the wasps less; very helpful. Then I almost forget the delicious meal that Wendy had prepared upon arrival. All in all we had a great week!

We had a great holiday in the station "Blond Berneuil". A lovely house, atmospheric, large, nice and cool (we were there in 1 of the hottest weeks) and a swimming pool where you can really swim laps. Nice outdoor terrace with shade from the grape vines. And the train makes it all "finished"
Hans and Wendy are great hosts: hospitable, helpful and they can cook deliciously!
We would love to come back again.

Charming old station, with many authentic details. Lots of space inside and out. The train passes by regularly, but does not interfere. We spoke to Hans, a very friendly man!

It's a very special house. An old station with very high rooms, all windows with shutters and a beautiful oak staircase. A house, where a lot of love has been tried to preserve the atmosphere and still bring the comfort to today. You can taste in everything that Hans and Wendy love this house. Outside there is a lovely spacious swimming pool with, especially for spring and autumn, a transparent dome on top to prevent the water from cooling down. In warm weather, it can also be opened or even taken off.
Wendy and Hans also cooked for us. It was surprising and delicious. Definitely recommended. It's also nice to know that they live nearby and are always there for you. We thought the surroundings were beautiful and enjoyed it to the fullest.
