We expected a stone house, but La Forge is not. It was also a bit smaller than expected and there could be a facelift, but we had a good holiday at this place. The bed is lovely, the veranda too. Everything you need is provided in the residence. The view from the veranda is superb. Walking is fine here and there are nice towns in the area. Manager Henk is a pleasant talker and very helpful without being intrusive.

We had a nice holiday in a nice house, nicely furnished with a large garden. Quiet location.

We had a wonderful week in "La Forge". It is wonderfully quiet and especially the view over the surroundings is beautiful. There is always a place in the sun in the large garden. Because the cottage is quite remote, you have to drive a bit for groceries and restaurants. (The restaurants in the area were all closed in September) The house is cosily furnished, in short, a great stay.

We thought it was a wonderful place to enjoy the peace, space and the beautiful surroundings. The landlord is jovial and friendly and has given us great tips to do in the immediate vicinity. Fortunately, there are some shady spots in the garden and in the evening you can relax on the veranda. Spotted lots of birds and even a badger!
