However, a few more points:
When it rains, the balcony is very slippery, really not to walk on, the patio door in the room is crooked and it is very draughty there. Furthermore, it is very difficult to get warm downstairs, the moment it gets comfortable there it is very hot upstairs.
Too bad we saw a form on arrival that indicated that we could have reserved linen.

Thanks for your comment. As for our response to your "points": it is true that the balcony becomes slippery when it rains, usually one does not sit on the balcony, but we could put some rubber mats on the passage. It is also a fact that it can be drafted at the patio door, we had a provision for that, but it was removed during the recent painting and we will ask the concierge to put it back on. As far as the heating is concerned, we should have communicated a bit better, namely: turn off the heating upstairs and open it downstairs, we admit that this is not optimal, and we are looking for a solution for this. We also have a point ourselves: we were called by the concierge -and she almost never does- that you have made a mess of it, that there were literally dog hairs everywhere, even on the beds, in the bath, in the sink, even imprint of dog paws on the coffee table, I have seen the photos and we find this unacceptable. We also rent the house to people with a dog because they enjoy it a lot because of the freedom, walking etc., but when I see a picture of a bed with stains and not a single stray hair, but with a lot of hair, our hair stands on end, we don't understand what a dog should do in the bedrooms anyway.
