Welcome to our site at Micazu. We are Ike Sjiem Fat and Yves Soudan and are the owners of the holiday home Sierra Toledana. We bought these in 2004 as a holiday home and to rent out. We are friends with each other with a passion for Spain and real estate. We have already been renting out for 13 years to the full satisfaction of our tenants.
