After years of spending holidays in Estepona, we discovered the Costa Tropical by chance. Via Micazu we spent two weeks in a house near Competa from where we ended up in the area between Nerja and Almuñecar in La Herradura. Casa P, a spacious 3-room apartment with a large terrace and sea view, a nice swimming pool (suitable for children and from your terrace you also have a view of the pool, a private parking space in the garage) was exactly what we were looking for. A safe communidad (Terrazas del Mar), tranquility and a typical Spanish village that has everything to offer. Pleasantly busy in the summer (but no mass tourism) and with everything nearby. We work together with an excellent keyholder, Jesus, who welcomes our guests and is a source of information. The Horseshoe (English translation of La Herradura) is a fairy tale, the bay with 2.5 km of beach has enchanted us. We would like to share this with others 5 months a year between 1 May and 1 October.
