About Ans & Arnold
Hello, we are Ans van Doorne (63) and Arnold Wagener (67). We have lived together for over 22 years, with great pleasure in Almere and are now both retired. Shortly after our retirement, we bought this great apartment in Orihuela Costa in August 2023.
Our apartment, which is in a complex with four swimming pools and a beautiful garden, is located between Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca along the provincial road N332 with the coast on the other side. All facilities such as supermarkets, catering establishments, hairdressers, dentists, sports facilities and many others are immediately nearby, many of which are within walking distance. We plan to stay in this great apartment three to four times a year ourselves.
Because it would remain empty unused for a large part of the year, we decided that others should also be able to enjoy it. That is why we now offer it for rent for a large part of the year.
