Hello all,
We are Michel and Ria both retired and during the winter months we mainly stay in Spain in sunny Calpe, where the sun shines on average 300 days a year.
We also have a cozy holiday home located in the Imperial park resort in Calpe that we rent out all year round. The holiday home is ideal for children who can enjoy the 6 swimming pools and slides in the park during the summer months.
This is also the ideal place for those of you who would like to spend the winter in sunny Calpe with its beautiful beaches and the surrounding mountains.
The many shops, restaurants and bars in the old town always give a nice holiday feeling and a pleasant stay on the Costa.
You can cycle all year round along the sea or in the mountains. The many hiking trails that Calpe has also make your stay a pleasant stay and you can relax in nature.
