Dear (future) tenant, we Debbie and Miranda rent our house in Tuscany. Debbie lives in the village of Pontassieve (about a 20-minute drive from our house) and speaks Italian, English and Dutch.
She will welcome you, give you the keys and explain the house if necessary. She also has many fun ideas for things to do in the area.
You can contact me (Miranda, I live in the Netherlands, Velp) about renting our house and other questions (I also know a lot about the area :)) We fell in love with Italy/Tuscany. Debbie even moved there. Partly because of this, we bought a house there to enjoy ourselves. We hope that our guests have the same experience as us and relax wonderfully.
