About Erik & Silvia
When we visited Valencia in 2018, we fell in love with the city. In the search for an apartment, we chose the El Cabanyal district because of the beach, the cozy neighborhood, the good restaurants and the fast connections.
In 2019 we bought the 1st floor and the rooftop of the ideal building with a wide view, located on the main street and a view of the sea! Together with the Valencian architect, we have restored the exterior of the listed modernist building (1929) to its original state, and completely transformed the inside. The furnishings are a carefully selected mix of local vintage, modern design and standard furniture; with attention to sustainability and large beds for tall people.
Since 2022 we spend as much time as possible there. And we are happy to share the apartments with family, friends and anyone who appreciates quality and luxury. Guests have direct contact with Erik, who arranges practical matters with the local team.
