Lovely house, with beautiful sunny terrace with beautiful views. Great beds!! In winter it is nice that there is a fireplace. The ski slope (for beginners only) 100 meters away, to Nassfeld/Lienz approx. 30 minutes. We enjoyed it and will definitely come back sometime.

Look no further for a holiday home in Carinthia! What a beautiful house equipped with everything you need in a brilliant location. From the spacious, covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains. In addition, the spacious balcony with sunbeds offers an even wider view. The house is also ideally located in relation to the surrounding area. shops, restaurants, swimming pool and walking and cycling opportunities.
And Kotschbach-Mauthen is the starting point to discover both Carinthia and the Dolomites! The contact with the owner and the helpful caretaker (app was answered immediately) went smoothly and very friendly. We never go to the same place twice, but we are happy to make an exception for this. We will definitely come back!

It takes a while for the house to heat up when cold, but then it stays warm. The kitchen drawers are very impractical, and while everything you need is there, it can be difficult to cook a lot in the house.
