Nice and complete house. Super clean! Nice location near Lucca. In the village itself not much to do and located on a busy road without a footpath so does not invite you to go out on foot (with children). Several outdoor seating areas and of course a beautiful swimming pool. Had a wonderful week! Good contact with owner + local point of contact

Lovely house with swimming pool about 25 minutes from Lucca. We had a fantastic week there with family. Good communication with the owner and someone who is on site.

We had a very nice time with our family. The villa is fully equipped, clean and complete. The pool is fantastic. The area is beautiful and nice places and the beach are relatively close.

We were here with two families and also children. We found the house and guesthouse nice and spacious, neat and fully furnished. The facilities outside have not been forgotten either, under the veranda, at the dining table (with cover) and the swimming pool are nice seats. Location is also fine in terms of distance to amenities. In short, highly recommended!

The flow and water pressure was not optimal. Plugs often came out and the water pressure was poor. Otherwise, the house was perfect.

We were here with our children (2) and in-laws. Ideal because it includes a guest house. It is a beautiful house, with a lovely swimming pool. The view of the mountains is also beautiful.

We enjoyed this lovely house with 4 adults. Very friendly contact both prior to our stay and during our stay. Grace was very accessible for all questions. The house is fully equipped. The pool is large, which makes it good to swim laps. In the Netherlands we are not used to noise around our house, perhaps that is why we had to get used to the sounds of the road that runs under the house and the train on the other side of the water. The view is really insanely beautiful. The house is a good base from which to explore Tuscany. Daily groceries are easily available in the village itself, which can be reached on foot, but does not offer much entertainment. We found the city of Lucca, where we have been many times, but Pisa and Florence are also easily accessible.
