In 2008 we, Heidi and Manu, sold all our stuff and we started traveling. After a few months we ended up in Crete. There we bought land with olive trees and we started building our house ourselves. We fell in love with the mountains, the sea, and the simple life close to nature. We started our Kalyvitis concept with this idea. For those who want to step out of the fast society for a while, and literally want to see, hear, feel, smell and taste what pure nature is again.
