We (my three adult children, two grandchildren aged 7 and 5, and myself) have just spent a week at the Villa Modica celebrating one of our best family holidays. Unanimous verdict from young to old. The welcome is very welcoming, with lasagna in the oven on arrival, lettuce and tomatoes in the fridge, but also everything for breakfast the morning after arrival. The owner, George, is always available to answer questions or to place an order at the local pizzeria, no effort is too much for him. The house is spacious and super clean and the beautiful garden and all facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, hot tub, accessible by stairs with stair gates) particularly well maintained. The children went to visit the animals every day, on the trampoline or in the hot tub, a big favorite. The view from the terraces is fairytale-like, especially in the evening when the lights are on in Modica. There is a lot of beauty to see not too far away, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli and the beaches with associated (beach) resorts. In short, a special, hospitable, wonderful holiday destination.

We had a fantastic week! Before leaving, the owner had already contacted us a number of times to coordinate the matters that were important to us. The welcome was extremely welcoming.
The villa is so much nicer than you would suspect in the photos. The jacuzzi has a beautiful view of the city. The terraces in different places ensure that there is always a place in the sun or shade. The pool is very spacious and we had more than enough attributes to entertain you in the water. The owner was easily accessible and provided us with many tips! What you definitely don't want to miss is the introduction to Anna. Anna is the cook who can come to the villa to cook for the company. The dinner was delicious and the costs were 100% not too bad. The setting is very beautiful! A 20-minute drive to get to the beach and many nice authentic towns in the vicinity. We can highly recommend spending time here with family or friends. It was a great holiday!
