What a beautiful place, fantastic views of the mountains and of the idyllic white village of Monda. Everything on the finca is made with love and blooms and grows. For us the bonus was the presence of the 4 sweet dogs and the donkeys and fresh eggs every morning. The nice house and a lovely cool pool and the great tips from Gerda and Peter!

Our children enjoyed the animals and the pool. The area is also very nice, cozy towns, beautiful walks and the beach are all within driving distance. Recommended!

Eind September 2024 hebben wij een week doorgebracht in Casa Finca la Dehesilla.

Het huis is van binnen en buiten helemaal compleet en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden zeer mooi weer en hebben dus ook nog van het bij het huis horende zwembad kunnen genieten.

De gastvrouw en gastheer, Gerda en Peter zijn bijzonder gastvrij en behulpzaam.

Vanuit het vakantiehuis kan je mooie wandelingen maken, o.a richting nationaal park Sierra de las Nieves Iets verder weg maar met de auto goed bereikbaar ligt Mirador de Ojen, hier kan je een geweldige wandeling maken met mooie uitzichtpunten op Ojen en de zee bij Marbella. Monda is een centraal punt in Andalusië om deze provincie verder te ontdekken. Vanuit Monda ben je ook in een half uur aan de zee bij Marbella of Malaga, ook Sevilla en Granada zijn goed bereikbaar. Als je van plan bent om de wandelroute del Rey (Kloof) te gaan lopen moet je deze wel ruim van tevoren reserveren.

Kortom we hebben erg genoten en achteraf gezien was een week te kort om de hele omgeving te ontdekken. Bedankt Gerda en Peter voor deze heerlijke week bij jullie.
