Great place, clean, spacious, good location, kitchen well equiped. Beach (punta preta) at 50 meters (ideal for kids and surfers;-). Even a BBQ at the roof terras! Reception was well aranged even though we were 4(!) hours delaye...

We had a great stay in this house! It is located in a lovely small complex at Punta Elena. The house is spacious and had everything we needed and we enjoyed the views from the large roof terrace. We look forward to returning.

We had a fabulous time at your apartment. The roof terrace was fantastic, loved the location and it was so quite and relaxing.

What a wonderful little townhouse close to the beach at punta Elena. We really enjoyed the roof terrace & the house had everything we needed & more. The location between the town & Grandes Playa is super & both sunrise and suns...

Great location, especially for surfers, reef 50 meters from the front door and you can check the swell from the rooftop! A 10 minute walk to the Campinario shopping center, and a 10 minutes along the beach to the center of town...

A 10 minute walk to the Campinario shopping center, and a 10 minutes along the beach to the center of town. The property manager was a pleasure to deal withand was always on hand if needed.
I would defined return.
