We had a very nice and sunny holiday. Extra nice that there were so many fun things for the children, such as fun games, a go-kart, football table, jacuzzi, etc!

Beautiful holiday home, in a beautiful location. House has many facilities and check-in possibility is very nice and easy! Initially, we certainly intended to return to the cottage.

The upstairs toilet was clogged at one point and there was a leak in the middle of the living room. Very dirty when you know that this is coming from the toilet. Apparently, this has happened before, as Anja indicated "it usually stops by itself" when reporting it.

Afterwards, Anja indicated that we had used wet wipes and she was therefore going to charge a €50 deposit. Now it's not about the money, but it's a huge shame that money is being charged when we 100% sure DID NOT use wet wipes. What a pity.

Another important point to consider: read the back of a welcome letter. There is (apparently) a note of how to leave the house (towels by washing machine, windows closed, bed linen off). We had missed these notes, so we had to pay a €100 deposit. Please note: this was not in the contract.

Had a conversation with Anja about this (I had called her right away) and indicated that it was not our intention and we simply had not read it. In addition, it was not stated in the contract that we had to pay a deposit for this. In the end she indicated that we had to pay a €50 deposit for the toilet (see explanation above). Unjustified, but I didn't feel like giving a further negative charge to this weekend.

All in all: it's a shame it had to turn out this way. We don't think it should have been this way. I did advise Anja to have the delivery wishes included in the contract.

Had a wonderful week with 3 families.
The house is practically furnished and has all the necessary facilities. The garden is huge and this is really fantastic for a game of football or badminton etc. We also made a lot of use of the jaccuzi and bbq.
The house is a bit noisy due to the wooden beam layer and you can't lock the toilets.
There is plenty to do in the area. We spent a day at the Atlantic wall, the trenches, Plopsaland and a day at the beach.
It was a wonderful week and worth repeating.

When you enter, the holiday feeling immediately starts. A great house, clean, nice location, lovely garden also the beds and showers were good. A complete house. Highly recommended.

In short, a really nice house and recommended.
