Our comfortable villa with unobstructed views is located in the quiet residential area of Verde Pino, near the beach of El Portet and near Moraira.

The house offers from the living room and the terrace a panoramic view towards the valley and further away to the mountains with spectacular sunsets.
There is a seat in or out of the sun for all times of the day. 

The living room is furnished with contemporary furniture and consists of two sitting areas on different levels. One with a balcony and a beautiful view, the other with a lounge sofa and a dining area.
Our holiday home offers plenty of privacy. There are two covered verandas, one by the pool with a lounge set and the other on the living level with a large table where you can dine extensively and enjoy the beautiful view and the setting sun  In the garden there is another table and chairs under a shade cloth with a play area for children. 

There is room for 6 adults. The house is suitable for small children. There are toys and there are games. A maximum of two foldable cots can be added. The ground floor in particular is very suitable for parents with children who can sleep in a separate children's room. The ground floor is accessible via an external staircase.

All four bedrooms have good beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans, blinds and mosquito nets and on all floors there is a bathroom and a toilet.

 There is WiFi and high speed internet throughout the house and by the pool.

For delicious cooking, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher and many kitchen utensils.
Outside by the pool is a gas BBQ.

The house, which stands on 1000m2 of land, has a central heating system and is therefore also a wonderful place to be in the winter.  The garden has a Mediterranean character with palms and a few citrus trees. There is a private non-lockable parking space for 3 cars. If you take the road towards the sea, after 2.5 km you will arrive at the beach of El Portet with nice terraces and a little further on the beautiful Moraira, originally a small fishing village,  with a fish market and a marina. There are many bays, beaches and terraces and restaurants where you can enjoy yourself without mass tourism  and high-rise buildings. 

 There is also more than enough to do around Moraira; Golf courses at a reasonable distance, challenging cycling routes and beautiful walking routes to small bays and in the mountains. 

A little further away, a visit to the beautiful historic city of Valencia is very worthwhile, but Altea and Denia should not be missed, as well as the hinterland with its many orange groves, vineyards and almond trees.

We have owned the house since 2014. The beautiful location immediately appealed to us. No busy holiday entertainment in the immediate vicinity, but close to the beach of El Portet and the cozy village. The house is comfortably and contemporary furnished so that everyone immediately feels at home. A wonderful place for us together or to stay with our children and grandchildren. And the view of the mountains is something special every day .

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

After your booking we will send you a standard contract. The booking is final after receipt of the signed contract and after receipt of the deposit.

Once in Spain you will be welcomed by our key manager, who will show you around the house and help you with your questions. If desired, we will send you tips for outings and restaurants.
We try to be extra alert to hygiene, so there will be sufficient cleaning products available.
Due to the sharp increase in energy costs, we have also had to adjust our rates. From 2023 you will pay according to what is used. In the winter period the advance payment is higher due to gas consumption for central heating. You will find these costs on the invoice under ' Energy deposit'
The advance amounts are stated under 'additional energy costs'

Surcharges: Arrival and/or departure on Sunday or during public holidays € 30,- (can be twice!)
Arrival after 9 p.m. €25. After 12 p.m. €50. These costs will be deducted from the deposit.
During school holidays, check-in days are on Friday and Saturday.

A cot and/or high chair are available for €25 per bed and €12.50 per high chair or €30 per set per stay excluding linen.

Location & area recommendations

Additional information

Valencia, a beautiful city for a day trip. Culture, museums and delicious food. A guided bike tour is especially recommended. Check out “the orange guide” nice Dutch women who offer all kinds of trips in and around Valencia. And of course eating paella at the rice fields in Albufera. A real experience.
Playa de Portichol and Playa de la Granadella are idyllic bays in the area of Javea. Cala Clemence is a nice restaurant here.
Ecological walking path along the sea with a description of the flora and fauna. Start in Benissa Costa.
Small streets, nice shops and restaurants. View over the bay.
There are tennis and padel courts in the Solpark district. Several golf courses within a short distance such as Benitaxell, Ifach and La Sella. There is a dive shop and boats for rent in Moraira. E-bikes at Moraira e-bikes
After a beautiful walk to Cap Prim, you can enjoy lunch at Cala Clemence.
From the house you can walk through the gorge to the smuggler's beach Cala Llebeig. A nice trip, you can also go further to Cala Moraig.
